Stephen Curry by Rudy Gay

Curry burns opponents and cooks in MVP race
By Bi Yu

Stephen Curry is living up to the accolades of being a leading MVP candidate.  In his 6th NBA season Curry is averaging 23 points (7th in the league) and 8 assists (5th) a game.  What is even more telling for the #7 draft pick from Davidson, is that he is first in steals at 2.2 a game. All that math and a penchant for controlling a game has made Curry a NBA shining star.

By Josh Egel

10/17/14 -- 96 minutes. 61 points. 36 years old. These are Kobe Bryant’s numbers for the Lakers over the first 6 preseason games and he hasn’t even played more than 28 minutes in one game. Kobe has always been at the top, an alpha-male. We all know he will be detrimed to rise up like a base-line-360-tomahawk, but will the body follow through?
