-- Water is essenial for life. There are many things that
we can live without. Water is not one of them. After all water
is 75% of the planet and 80% of our bodies. It is even more
inportant for athletes, especially because sports exhausts
their liquids through perspiration.

to get off to a good start, like Usain Bolt. First check the

-- The California Golden Bears are on the verge of winning the
PAC-10 conference title outright for the first time in 50 years.
Cal Coach Mike Montgomery, in just his second year at the helm,
has the Bears on top for the first time since the 1959-60 campaign.
Gaels
hold on to first place

Moraga, Calif. -- The first place Galloping Gaels are coming
home after a two game sweep over Pepperdine and Loyola Marymount
while winning 9 of its last 10 games and improving to 4-0 on
the road. Coming into tonight‘s game, the Gaels are now tied
for first place with Gonzaga.
